Welcome to today’s “waking up”. Every day we begin by many varied methods of SYNCHING OR SYNCHRONIZING the “mind, body and spirit” to whatever the universe has in store for us…..
This has been a process that we will begin to broaden on, with many issues and topics to cover.
Patterning
One of the great roadblocks to this process is patterning, or falling into repetitive patterns of behavior. Patterning renders us unable to fully utilize the energy and power that resides within us, and that energy therefore, is NOT being acknowledged by ourselves nor society.
The Body as a Universe
Not to get too stuffy but to begin we have to look at the marvelous shell we reside in, our bodies. The body is made up of trillions of cells each one a unique body or universe within itself. The cells have their own nervous system, digestive systems, etc. and when all is operating as it should is quite impressive.
Morality
In my qigong classes I share that (keeping it simple) there are two basic types of morality, Societal and Personal. Societal rules are supposed to be for the betterment of the masses in which we are to follow blindly without asking too many questions. Most of these rules have been handed down for thousands of years. Most do not keep up with the evolving changes of humankind and therefore create a fuzzy area in which this morality can be swayed… Grey areas if you will. It too often then becomes a “do as I say, not as I do” hypocrisy. Personal morality is built upon the premise that we all know what is right or wrong, and this can often be subjective
We are capable of feeling energy
When you are around people whom you vibe with, you are at ease and conversations and movements are usually without tension. You “feel” the personal effects of the energies around you. Likewise, when we become uncomfortable entering into someplace or when we get near someone, this is also due to the effect of energy
This takes us into the next area of patterning- habits and actions.
The waking up of the senses is at best when left alone to our selves a tedious if not difficult effort. We have the daily habitual “grind” to deal with along with whatever we bump into that day. Stories, stories and more stories is what we have to cope with, whether in our heads or dealing with the outside world we look at what rings true to the moment we are living in.
Truth
How many truths can there be?
If a person believes a story, it becomes a truth “for them”.
That’s why history and spoken words are such a subjective bee hive.
It’s difficult to determine what happened as opposed to what people thought happened, wanted to happen or felt should have happened.
The SLANT, the SPIN is what you must remember.
